This brief was set to explore reflection. The inspiration comes from Ron Arads "Zion Square Sculpture" a piece of architectural sculpture made of squares fitted tightly next to each other.
The light has metal sheets attached to it in order to reflect the light that is placed inside the acrylic box. The holes on the wooden pieces let the light shine through casting shadows.
LED lights are placed inside the acrylic box, which is seen as the heart of the lighting piece, holding the pieces together and housing the LED.
